8/26/2023 0 Comments How to add toolbar in autocad 2016![]() Editing the CUI was probably the kick in the pants AutoCAD needed to update the CUI/MNR file so it started using the right toolbars for the Light Scheme. If this is not true in your case, then I'd say it may be time to try a re-install. For me, the toolbar icons failed to automatically switch as a result of migrating settings from a previous version. However, if I turn on the ribbon, close Block Editor with the ribbon "panel", then turn off the ribbon (without Block Editor running), the next time I run Block Editor, the "toolbar" (along with the editor window) appears. Can you show us (with screenshots) what you are seeing when the thing you are calling a "toolbar" is on and when it is off?īy any chance, are you turning off the ribbon while you are in the Block Editor? If I do this, the "toolbar" does not appear (nor does the border of the Block Editor window). (I can find no "toolbar" definition in the ACAD CUI the command "BCLOSE" doesn't occur in any toolbar in the CUI, only the ribbon there is a Refedit toolbar, but you say you are using Bedit.) The Block Editor commands are (somehow) built into the editor window. This will create a UCS2 Panel in the Ribbon Panels area. Right Mouse Click the UCS2 toolbar and click Copy to Ribbon Panels. Expand Toolbars on the left and scroll down until you find UCS2 toolbar. ![]() ![]() ![]() To my knowledge there is no such thing as the "Block Editor Toolbar". Click on the Gear bottom left->Customize. Select to turn on or off desired toolbars in the submenus. But the Block Editor Windows supposed to have the Block Editor Toolbar come on when the ribbon is off (Autocrat Help). On the command line in AutoCAD, type MENUBAR and set the value to 1. ![]()
